Use the Columns options to choose which columns are displayed in the Message List and in the lists of Contacts, Tasks, Notes, and Documents, and the order in which they appear. Each list has its own set of columns, and each list must display at least one column. Your column settings are shared by the WorldClient and Pro themes, so changes you make in one theme also apply to the other.
WorldClient Theme
1.In the list you want to change, click Customize Columns (the 
columns icon) on the toolbar above the list.
2.Drag the columns into the order you want, and check or clear a column's checkbox to show or hide it. Your changes take effect immediately.
3.To restore the list's original columns, click Reset to Defaults.
The message list displays columns only when messages are shown one per line. When the Message Preview Position in View Settings is set to Preview Right (the default), or when Always display messages in multi-line format is checked, messages are shown in multi-line format and the columns are not displayed. In Contacts, the columns are displayed in List view.
Pro Theme
Click Settings and then Columns. The columns are grouped by list: Mail List, Contact List, Task List, Note List, and Document List. Drag the columns into the order you want, and check or clear a column's checkbox to show or hide it. Only checked columns can be dragged.
