Default reminder setting for new events
This setting governs whether or not a Reminder should be set automatically when a new calendar event or task is created. By default this option is set to: No reminder; you must manually set a reminder if you want one for an event. Change this setting if you prefer to automatically set a reminder for new events. This setting can always be overridden for any event.

Webmail can display Desktop Notifications for new email messages, for event and task reminders, and, in the WorldClient theme, for chat messages. Your browser must allow Webmail to display notifications. If it does not, the Notifications settings display "Desktop Notifications are disabled in the browser." Click Enable Desktop Notifications if that button is available, and then allow notifications when your browser asks. If you blocked notifications earlier, click the View Site Information icon to the left of the address in your browser's address bar, and use its Notifications permission to allow them for Webmail.
Desktop Notifications are not available when using Internet Explorer.
