When someone sends you a meeting invitation (an email with an iCal attachment), Webmail shows response buttons when you view the message. In the WorldClient theme, a Meeting Invitation bar appears above the message, with Accept, Maybe, and Decline buttons. In Pro, use the Accept Invitation, Accept Tentatively, and Remove this invitation from your calendar icons on the message toolbar.
When you respond, you're asked whether you want to send a response to the meeting organizer.
If you choose Send the response now, a message with your response is sent to the meeting planner. If you choose Edit the response before sending, a Response Body box appears so that you can add a personal message, such as why you are or are not attending. If you choose Don't send a response, no message is sent. Click OK to finish, or Cancel to close the dialog without responding.
If the organizer cancels the meeting, the WorldClient theme shows a Meeting Cancelled bar above the message instead; click Remove from Calendar to remove the event from your calendar. In Pro, click Remove this invitation from your calendar.
If Auto-Accept Meeting Requests is enabled in your Calendar settings, invitations are accepted and cancellations are processed automatically.
