Reordering Email Templates

Using an Email Template

To use an email template:

1.Click Compose.

2.Click Templates on the formatting toolbar above the body of the message.

3.In the list of templates, which shows each template's Title and Description, click the template you want. Its text is inserted wherever the cursor is in the message body, or at the top of the body if you haven't clicked in it yet. Each time you click a template, its text is inserted again.

The Templates list is available only when the HTML Compose option is enabled and you have at least one email template.
